Paul Snowden about "Dreams and Delusions" (Paul Crichton)

I have already enjoyed dipping into its charming mix of items – superficially apparently disconnected but actually neatly linked.

The article on Othello is clearly an advance companion to Hamlet; may we look forward to another similar collection?

I liked the comment that patients should be called just that, and not "clients", and I have always felt the same about passengers being called "customers". People who receive a specific service deserve a noun that sets them apart from someone who simply buys something.  (In that respect, "client" also has its appropriate context: payment for legal or similar services.)
